Anne works in oil, acrylic, pastel, and mixed media, drawing inspiration from landscapes and experiences rooted in her time in the UK—particularly her deep affection for North Wales and Scotland—as well as from her life in Northern Virginia. Prior to becoming a full-time artist, she also competed and taught in the equestrian discipline of dressage, a pursuit that continues to shape her sense of movement, balance, and expression.
From her Fauquier County studio, Anne creates work that is defined by her ability to capture light while conveying emotion and energy. Her paintings invite viewers to feel a sense of place, memory, and vitality, reflecting both her heritage and her present life. She shares this creative journey alongside her husband, five cats, and her horse.
